LINC is set in a fictional city called Pendamo. As far as cities go, Pendamo is quite small. There are quite a few tourists but not an overload, and the residents are very culturally diverse. The weather of Pendamo is generally sunny and warm, though is has been known to be hit by quite a few thunderstorms in the winter. This RPG is designed to have completely unrestricted role-play. When you create a character here, they can essentially do anything they would like. There are absolutely no limits on violence, sex, or drugs. Anything goes, so long as it stays in character. There is no set plot on LINC, but instead is open to any sort of mini-plots between characters. It's completely up to you.

Rules and Information This board contains general information about playing the game, such as a set of rules, a plot outline, and various other things I've deemed necessary to throw in there.
General Discussion (3 sub-boards) This is a place just to sit back, relax, and have a conversation with another member. All non-RPG related discussions and topics should go here. This is also the place to ask questions, make suggestions, or create polls.
Affiliates and Advertising (1 sub-board) This is the only place to post threads regarding other sites. There is no form, and the board is guest-friendly. If you only want to trade banners, just respond to the correct sticky within. You may also just post an advertisement, in which case we must also be able to do so on your site.
Profile Database (3 sub-boards) This is the place to create new characters, using our provided character sheet outline, as well as where to find the face claim and whatever canons we may be offering. This is also where all completed applications are stored.
Character Lounge (8 sub-boards) This is the place to get help from other members in creating your character, finding people to play certain roles, form relationships, or just talk about characters. This is also where you can find character claims, for things like housing, phones, e-mail, and instant messenger.
Character Bulletins This board is for people to post ads and notices to other members. You can advertise a party, put a notice that you are looking for a room-mate, or anything similar.
Upper Downtown (9 sub-boards) Downtown Pendamo is an extremely busy and lively place, filled with markets, shops, and several restaurants. It's a great place to hang out, have fun, and get lost in the crowds.
Lower Downtown (8 sub-boards) Lower Downtown Pendamo is a less about shopping an dining, and more about filling the other needs of Pendamo citizens. There is a library, theatre, and many other attractions.

Pendamo General Hospital (5 sub-boards) This is where residences and tourists go when they are sick, or they have something wrong with them. Several doctors and nurses are always available. The hospital is four floors, each floor having a specific thing to deal with.

Gailret Park This park is a massive piece of land in the center of the city. It is a great place to go walking, and is a common way of cutting through the city. There is plenty of trees to picnic under and lots of space to run around in. The main path is paved and has benches for those having lunch or resting among the crowds.
Hammond Shopping Mall Want to spend a few hours or so shopping, eating, or just hanging out? Then this is the place for you! Hammond's sleek design, variety of shops, and good food (no, really!) makes it an enjoyable location to spend money at.
Horizon Movie Theatre For days you don't want to be outside, or for time you are just plain bored, or if you want a dark and quiet spot to make out with your lover, come and see a movie at the fine Horizon Movie Theatre.

Lucis Fanum This place is what used to be a very popular church in the middle ages, but the grounds were shut down a few centuries later. Nobody is quite sure why, but there are many stories circulating Pendamo that all explain the reason. This place is considered haunted by many, and even the bravest, sanest persons find it frightening. The grounds contain an old graveyard, and the building that is the church is crumbling and dark.
Murough Cove (1 sub-board) Murough Cove is a gorgeous place to relax and enjoy the weather. The clear water is a great spot to take a boat out, and the soft white sand is perfect for sunbathing. Refreshments can be found at Hal's Shack, and one can also rent jet skis or boats there. There are some very interesting caves nearby for those who feel like exploring, or a volleyball court for those who are in a sporty mood.
Trillian Hotel Be it as a way to get some piece and quiet, find privacy for a bit of romance, or to house those visiting tourists or relatives, Trillian Hotel is a great way to spend the night away from home. It's a fine with a variety of room sizes and qualities, making it affordable for almost everyone.

Vackston Lake This breathtaking spot is a small lake out in the countryside of Pendamo. It's a hotspot for swimming, picnicking, or just hanging out.
Vision Skate Park For those who bike, skateboard, rollerblade, or anything related, there is a large skate park to practice your moves on or just hang out with friends. Every inch is covered with graffitti, and there is rarely an adult here.

RESIDENCES
Blorr Street (4 sub-boards) Blorr street is for the more wealthy citizens of Pendamo. The yards are well decorated and the houses are large and sophisticated. The street itself is freshly paved and bordered by fresh strips of lawn, clean white sidewalks, and several imposing fences.

Countryside (6 sub-boards) For those who want a constant breath of fresh air, there are plenty of large farm areas or simple country cottages on the border of the city line.
There are no limits on how many people can reside in the country.
Josstone Apartments (6 sub-boards) Marc Josstone, the wealthy stock marketer, had this luxury apartment building created in his name. The apartments come in a variety of sizes, but all are high quality and extremely modern. Furniture is included.
Montag Park This "park" is actually a large trailer park on the edge of the city. The area is generally crime-filled and unsafe, but it's one of the only options for the poor.

Santerson Apartments (3 sub-boards) These are apartments for the average person. They are nice and roomy, though by no means grand or luxurious. Parties take place frequently in this building.
Tigerwood Apartments (5 sub-boards) This is anothe set of average apartments for the average person. It's near Gailret Park, so one can take an easy nearby stroll.
Valley View Lane (2 sub-boards) The houses on this street are pretty average; they are not house of the wealthy, nor are they houses of the poor. The are for the common person but are sufficient and very nice looking.
